2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Artificial Jewellery and Fashion Accessories purchased during special sales or clearance offers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
